Grixy Dashboard is a private management tool for admins of Discord servers that run the Grixy bot. It isn't a public service, and it isn't operated by or affiliated with Discord Inc.
When you log in with Discord, we store your Discord user ID, username, discriminator, and avatar hash, plus the OAuth access/refresh tokens Discord issues for this login. A session cookie (expires after 30 days) keeps you logged in; it doesn't contain any of that data itself, just a reference to it.
We use the access token to ask Discord which servers you're an admin of, each time you load a page — that list isn't stored, it's re-checked live. We don't read your messages, and we don't request any permission beyond identify and guilds.
If you upload a custom doorbell sound for your server, that file is stored (on the bot's own server, not here) for as long as that server keeps using it.
We don't sell or share this data with anyone, and we don't use it for anything beyond running the dashboard itself.
Logging out clears your session cookie. To have your stored Discord account record deleted entirely, ask whoever administers this dashboard for your server.
